For the first time in history, a generation has grown up, with instant, global, online connection being their ‘normal’.

This is Gen C (‘C’ for Connected).

So dramatic has been the fundamental change from Industrial Economics to Connection Economics that we now have a whole generation who think and behave in ways that can’t be defined by previous labels (and hence can’t be reached by previous means).

Whenever there is change, there is opportunity but you must choose:
