The Challenge

Huxbaby has a loyal following, who LOVE new products! It was clear to look through Shopify data the spikes the brand saw in the first 2 weeks of new range launches, and then the final 2 weeks of clearance sale on that range.

The issue they faced was how to bring more stability during the months post launch and pre-sale

The Strategy

Over the prior 2 campaign launches that Intentional had managed, we begun implementing techniques to maintain interest in the range launch + experiment with additional non-ROAS campaigns.

These included Competitions for Lead Generation and direct Lead Generation offers (bringing the websites 10% offer into ads)

By using the “slow” period to maximise audience building, divesting our budget to first party data strategies meant we bilt resilience in the ad account and hopefully new range launch for more sustained results.

The Results

The SS 2021 Collection had record setting sales across the store. Even more encouraging was to see the trend up in Average Order Value driven by a skew towards USA customers who we had focussed on growing with during the previous range launches.
